During a most trying time; building closing and I had no place to move; Tracey continued to pursue a home for me. She monitored the apt. posts; looking for all my requests and did not close her eyes, until the magic morning. An apt. was just listed and she called to tell me. It sounded right for me and that afternoon, she met me at the building. The rental broker was there. we were there, Tracey was there and in a very brief meeting, I had a gorgeous penthouse apartment in a fabulous apt. complex with every feature that I wanted.
